1. No Traditional Return Policy

We do not offer a traditional return option. Instead, we have implemented a process to ensure that you receive the correct product in perfect condition at the time of delivery.

2. Product Verification at Delivery

  • Immediate Inspection: Upon delivery, you are required to inspect your product thoroughly in the presence of the delivery personnel.
  • Acceptance or Rejection: If the product is correct and in satisfactory condition, please accept the delivery. If the product is incorrect or damaged, you may reject it immediately.
  • Return to Delivery Personnel: Any product that is rejected at the time of delivery should be handed back to the delivery personnel on the spot.

3. Mandatory Product Opening Video

  • Video Recording: It is mandatory to record a video while opening the delivered product package. This video will serve as proof in case of any disputes regarding the condition or contents of the package at the time of delivery.
  • Video Requirements: Ensure that the video clearly shows the package in its original sealed condition, the opening process, and the contents inside.

4. Conditions for Return

  • Immediate Inspection and Video: Returns are only accepted if the product is inspected and rejected in the presence of the delivery personnel, and a video of the opening process is recorded.
  • Correct Product and Condition: Returns will not be accepted once the product has been accepted and the delivery personnel have left.

5. Refunds

  • Refund Eligibility: If you reject the product at the time of delivery due to incorrect or damaged items and have recorded the opening video, you are eligible for a full refund.
  • Refund Process: The refund will be processed once the returned product is received and verified by our team.
  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued through the original method of payment. Please allow 7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
